Yara Belle Plaine Inc is a nitrate-based fertilizer manufacture based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, and part of the Yara International group of companies. Originally the company was established in 1984 as SaskFerco Products Inc., a joint venture between Cargil (50%), the Government of Saskatchewan (49%), Citibank Canada (1%), to construct a plant near Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan at a cost of $435 million for the production of granular urea and anhydrous ammonia.
